Humanities are academic disciplines that study aspects of human society and culture. Humanities and social sciences deal with conceptualizing, processing and documenting human experience within the framework of such disciplines as philosophy, law, literature, religion, art, music, history, and linguistics. The study course is envisioned for the engineering Master students. Within the curriculum of the study course, multiple research methods of Humanities are employed to study the development, functioning, applications and social and cultural engagements of the sciences. Students learn to examine the logic, methodology, and philosophy of science, and history of science and technology from various conceptual, historical and social perspectives in a stimulating, challenging and highly rewarding intellectual environment.
