The study course provides comprehensive knowledge of the application of engineering project management methods and tools. Students are introduced to project planning, implementation and control, as well as project risk and quality assurance. Knowledge is provided on financing opportunities for engineering projects and formation and managing a project team, as well as of LEAN and Agile principles in project management. Students mastered the competence to use IT tools in the management of engineering projects.
