Business Process Simulation course discusses problems related to the modelling of organization’s structure and resources, analysis and simulation of business process (BP), evaluation of business process efficiency measures for performance and productivity management. The course is tailored to training business process analysts. The course is theoretical knowledge and practical skills gaining oriented in the field of the business process and business activity management by planning business processes using simulation. Within the course a general simulation method of the existing or planned business process is provided. The method supports analysis of the process in the real-life environment and provides evaluation of process efficiency measures e.g., business value of the business process reengineering, return of investment coefficient, etc.
