The study course provides an idea of the role of etiquette in communication and aim to acquire the most important norms and standards of universal, business contact and official event behaviour, with special emphasis on novelties in the development of modern etiquette. Practical classes provide an opportunity to acquire skills to adequately choose the appropriate norm of behaviour for the specific situation.
